ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Founded in 2022, Stay Qreative started as a solo passion project, run entirely by me, Aimee Joe. During that time, I wore all the hats, handling everything from creative direction and client communication to content creation and project delivery. It was a period of intense learning, growth, and discovery, shaping the foundation of what Stay Qreative is today.
After 2 years of handling Stay Q solo, I brought on my first intern assistant, marking the beginning of our team journey. Since then, we’ve grown not just in numbers, but in experience, creativity, and impact, allowing Stay Qreative to elevate our service and expand our vision.

𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙠 has been with Stay Q since August 2024, bringing solid experience in social media management and a sharp eye for strategy. Now, alongside his role at Stay Q, he’s building his own startup—bringing an entrepreneurial edge to everything he does.

CONTENT & COMMUNITY MANAGER
𝙉𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙠𝙖 came on board in September 2024, backed by a Bachelor of Digital Business (First-Class Honours), Excellence Scholarship recipient, majoring in International Business and Marketing, and has been making an impact ever since.
At 19, I was managing Facebook content for a family friend, juggling full-time study & work as a Medicare inbound caller. At 20, I launched my press-on nails brand, Stay Qlassy, while offering design services on Airtasker,. This quickly led to long-term social media clients, and the start of Stay Qreative where I solo-supported 40+ businesses across Australia within my first 15 months. Now backed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive Media: Film & Video, I’m devoted to building Stay Q, helping brands show up with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

𝙅𝙤 joined us in January 2025, bringing firsthand experience as a creative coordinator. As a tattoo artist, business owner in the cosmetic beauty industry, and Stay Q’s organisational backbone, she has a unique blend of creativity and precision to everything she touches.
