Cancellation Policy

By confirming your session, you agree to the following T&Cs designed to keep the space safe, fair & functional for all creatives. STUDIO CARE & CONDUCT Treat the studio & all items with care. Furniture may be moved (NOT mirror or backdrops) but returned to its original position Shoes must be wiped clean & only worn on backdrop when essential Food/drinks must stay on tables, not near equipment or backdrops without prior approval. ARRIVAL & ACCESS You’ll be met at your start time unless arranged otherwise. If early, please wait until your start time. The front door stays locked during sessions. If you step out, someone inside must let you back in. PACKING, OVERTIME & CLEANUP You have 15 min post-session to pack & clean, NOT as extra shoot time. Overtime is billed at $85/hr (30 min increment charges) unless pre-approved Ensure all lighting, split system & additional gear are off before leaving. EQUIPMENT USE & RENTALS Included: pre-set backdrops, in-house lighting, tripods, furniture & basic props Additional gear (for 2hr+ bookings) must be pre-requested. A $100 refundable bond applies, returned within 48 hrs post-session if all items are undamaged. DAMAGES & LIABILITY You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests. Repair/replacement fees apply as needed. Each incident will be assessed individually. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Cancel at least 48 hrs prior for reschedule or credit. PRIVACY & SECURITY Security cameras monitor the building for safety & check-in/out verification. One camera is inside the Qreative Studio—no audio is recorded. Outfit changes can be made in the downstairs bathroom or behind the in-studio room divider (not visible to the camera). SHARED SPACE ETIQUETTE Be respectful in shared areas. You may use the “Stay Qreative” cupboard & the fridge (leave space for others) Note that noise from other units may occur You may play music at a respectful volume. Excessive noise may result in a request to turn it down or, in rare cases, early session termination without refund. SESSION USE & GUESTS Your session must match the purpose stated in your booking. Only those directly involved in the shoot may attend. Misuse may result in session termination without refund. PARKING 2 visitor spots may be used. If a Stay Q member is present then only 1 is available. Please do not use reserved spots. Street parking is available.
