🤍CANCELLATION
It is understandable that cancellations may occur however please take the due diligence in giving a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations made after this period will incur 50% of your service(s).
🤍LATE & EARLY ARRIVALS
Out of courtesy, notification must be made if you're running late so that your appointment can be held for up to 10 minutes. Please note that however many minutes late you are, will be deducted from your total allocated appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait until your scheduled time to enter.
🤍NO SHOWS
No shows will not be tolerated, immediately blacklisted from future bookings and will be charged 100% of your service price. Please understand that when you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, Stay Q. misses the opportunity to fill that appointment with the next client on the waiting list.
🤍REFUNDS
Stay Q does not offer refunds for any services.
🤍GUARANTEE
Stay Q strives to deliver 100% satisfaction to our clients to ensure each and every one of you leaves satisfied with our service. If any issues present and you have notified us within 24 hours post-appointment, a free touch up will be offered to ammend the matter. If contact is made 24 hours post-appointment, there will be a cost of $20 to touch up your lashes if necessary before your respective refill.
🤍NEW CLIENT
All new clients wanting to book an appointment with us are required to pay a $20 deposit in order to secure your booking.
🤍PAYMENTS
At this moment in time, payments must be completed online through your booking, or to be cash in hand.
Appointment Etiquette
🤍CLEAR CANVAS!
Please arrive completely makeup-free with the absence of any oily facial products such as moisturisers, serums, sunscreen etc. Lashes must be squeaky clean & free of any kind of makeup, eyelash glue and other residues.

If you have decided to pay cash in hand, payment must be prepared and ready for payment at your appointment.
🤍ADDITIONAL CARE
Please notify Stay Q of any conditions that may require additional care to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible. (Injury, medications, or allergies)
🤍NO CAFFEINE
No caffeine is to be consumed prior to your appointment. (Caffeine can make you irritable and make your eyes flutter, making it severely difficult to attach the lashes)
