From there, we’ll lock in your project scope, timeline, and next steps so you know exactly what’s happening and when.

And we encourage you to ask questions. We’re here to make this process smooth, clear, and completely stress-free so you can focus on the big picture while we handle the groundwork.

STEP TWO

DESIGN BRIEFING

Once we lock in your quote and project deliverables, we’ll move straight into your design brief — this is where we get crystal clear on your vision so we can bring it to life without the guesswork. You’ll receive a form to fill out, and if we need any clarity along the way, we’ll ask the questions to make sure we’re aligned, confident, and ready to create.

PROJECT CONFIRMATION

STEP THREE

Once your design brief is approved and we’re all aligned, the next step is signing off on our terms and conditions. A signed agreement is required before we issue your invoice. Once both the contract and payment are in, your project is officially locked in.

You’ll then receive a full project outline: start date, timelines, printing timeframes (if applicable), what we need from you, and everything else you’ll want to know so there are zero surprises and a clean, confident rollout.
